I understand that Fresh Therapy LLC is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance directly. The fee for a 50-minute individual therapy session is $285.00. Fresh Therapy LLC can provide a superbill (itemized receipt) for me to submit to my insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Claims may also be submitted through Thrizer. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on my individual insurance benefits.
